Sexual Battery Suspect - San Diego County Sheriff's Department

Do you recognize the man in this surveillance video? He is wanted for inappropriately touching women in the North County.

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is investigating three incidents:
• December 18th around 8:30 p.m. at the Target in the 1700 block of University Drive, Vista
• December 24th around 4:30 p.m. at the Michael’s in the 1800 block of University Drive, Vista
• December 24th around 6:30 p.m. at the Ralph’s in the 300 block of South Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos

In all incidents, the man would approach the victims from behind. He grabs the woman’s shoulders and presses himself against the victim’s backside. When the startled women would turn to confront the man, he claims to have confused them for friends. Surveillance video shows the man inappropriately touching himself underneath his clothing before and after the assaults.
